Saute the onions, garlic and fresh tomatoes with chopped herbs and the paprika. Cook down until slightly thickened. Add the tomato paste and chopped tinned tomatoes, to make a sauce of smooth consistency, stir in the Marinara mix last. Cook to just heat through the fish, do not over cook as some of the mix will harden. Serve with fresh, home-made pasta. Parmesan cheese to taste!
The Marinara mix we get from our local fishmonger has cubes of firm fish, some squid, baby octopus and various types of shell fish, like scallops and mussels. great value! |
